    What is Record Linking?

URBLD Record Linking connects conversations, files, invoices, payments, contracts, schedules, and operational activity to the correct lead, customer, employee, subcontractor, or job record. Phone numbers, email addresses, and identity data are matched server-side so the office, field crews, and AI agents work from the same record.

How does URBLD link conversations to records?

Every inbound SMS, call, email, AI reply, and portal message is matched against existing lead, customer, employee, subcontractor, and job records using phone numbers, email addresses, identity data, and thread relationships. Matches are deduplicated server-side, so a single phone number never spawns three records.

    What gets linked beyond conversations?

Estimates, invoices, payments, signed contracts, photos, warranty claims, AI receptionist transcripts, calendar events, and crew assignments attach to the underlying lead, customer, and job records — visible from any of those record views.

Why does record linking matter operationally?

Without it, the office sees one history, the field crew sees another, and the AI sees a third. Record Linking keeps conversations, files, money, schedule, and warranty activity tied to the same record so anyone — human or agent — opens a customer and sees the same operational history.
