    How to use this library

Everything here exists to answer one of three questions: how should this part of a contracting business actually work, what does it cost me today that it does not work that way, and what would I have to change to fix it. The material is grouped by the question you are asking rather than by the format it happens to be in.

If you are diagnosing a problem, start with the Business Leaks library. Each entry takes one common failure — quotes that never get sent, leads that never get called back, photos stranded on a crew member's phone — and puts a number on it before suggesting a fix. It is the fastest way to find out where money is leaving the business without anyone noticing.

If you are building a system rather than patching one, use the Knowledge Center and the Academy. Knowledge explains the concepts — CRM, automation, APIs, AI, operating architecture — in language that does not assume a technical background. The Academy turns those concepts into staged tracks organized by revenue level, so a company at $500K reads a different sequence than a company at $10M.

If you need something to use this week, go to Templates and the calculators. Contracts, estimates, change orders, daily reports and inspection forms are ready to edit, and the ROI and pricing calculators produce numbers you can take into a meeting. The Glossary sits underneath all of it as the reference layer for any term that shows up and needs defining.
