What is Workspace Views?
What is Workspace Views?
Workspace views are saved configurations of filters, columns, sorts, and groupings on operational records — leads, jobs, customers, invoices. URBLD lets each user save and share views so dispatchers, sales reps, and owners each see the same records through their own operational lens.
Why does this matter?
A dispatcher needs scheduled jobs by crew. A sales rep needs hot leads by source. An owner needs overdue invoices by aging. Views collapse all three into the same underlying data without forcing role-based UIs.
Can views be shared?
Yes. Personal views stay private; shared views are scoped per team and per role so the right people see the right operational lens by default.
